Separated at Birth: The Lighter Side of Adoption by two Comedy Orphans

Friday night.Vicar Street, Dublin. Tickets €25

Naked Camera star, PJ Gallagher, has combined with one of Ireland’s freshest and brightest actresses, Joanne McNally, to put together this hilarious new show which looks at the pair’s shared history of adoption.

In what can be best described as theatrical comedy, PJ and Joanne run through many of the decisions and obstacles they’ve come up against as adopted children.

One of Ireland’s favourite singer-songwriters is playing in one of the capital’s finest theatres on Saturday night. We’ve always been massive fans of the county Cork artist.

But we still couldn’t help but be in awe when he performed for Sunday Sessions.

Celebrate 50 years of John B.Keane’s The Field

Gaiety Theatre. Tickets from €22.50 

John B.Keane’s epic play, The Field, which was first produced 50 years ago returns to the Gaiety Theatre. This critically acclaimed production stars Michael Harding as larger than life character, Bull McCabe.

Waterford Writers’ Weekend

Various venues in Waterford. 

Visit the sunny South East to view and appreciate some of the best writing our country has on offer. There will be talks, workshops and a great buzz around Ireland’s oldest city.
