What’s that? We chose Dario G only a few weeks ago? Well, guess what. We don’t care because this is an absolutely crackin’ summer tune.
That’s right folks, this week’s essential holiday tune is Sunchyme by Dario G.
Released in 1997, Sunchyme was the tune that probably helped the dance duo bag the gig writing the official tune for the 1998 FIFA World Cup, Carnaval de Paris.
As well as being a brilliantly summery tune, it’s also got like, a really deep message man, y’know, about how all, like, religions and beliefs and stuff don’t really matter because we’re all human underneath it all really.
Or else it’s just about loads of bored people painting themselves to look like really cool animals.
Plus it’s got steel drums in it so what more do you want?
