Worn by – Clark Gable
Difficulty level – 2/5 – The pencil is easy to grow but difficult to perfect. Some expert grooming is required and if you’ve a tendency to grow facial hair quicker than the average beast, there may be better options for you.
Problems – It will need intense grooming to keep the cool retro look.
Coolness – 3/5 – An easy option, but still a pretty cool one. It also gives a nod to 1950’s Americana, which is never a bad thing.

Difficulty level – 3.5/5 – This is a tough one to get going, but once it reaches its peak it’s fairly hassle free.
Problems – You may be mistaken for a bad ass 19th century oil baron. But that’s hardly a problem now, is it?

Difficulty level – 4/5 –You’re going to need wax, time and patience for this one. Don’t worry though, it will all be worth it when you’re getting those stares of admiration on the bus home… those are stares of admiration, right?
Problems – Be careful not to poke passers-by in their eyes.
Coolness – 3.5/5 – A controversial choice which is certainly not for everyone, but if you can pull this off you will go down as a legend among your peers.

Problems – Can one look too handsome?
