The lead singer from Roxy Music exudes suave elegance and deservedly earns our style icon selection today.

With HTC’s most beautifully designed phone yet, the HTC One m8, going on sale in Ireland later this week, we continue our evolution of style series by looking at the British singer who once said “Other bands wanted to wreck hotel rooms, Roxy Music wanted to re-decorate them." Brian Ferry He was the lead singer with ground-breaking art-rock band, Roxy Music and image was always important to him. Best known for his white tuxedo look, he was the man who set many trends, influencing people such as David Bowie and Duran Duran. It was his solo career which showcased his eye for style. Each solo album he released had the front cover displaying his new persona, new image. He rarely if ever got it wrong, from the stylishly elegant white tuxedo jacket  of the 1973 album 'Another Time' to the leather-blazer-and-skinny-tie hipster on 1978 album 'The Bride Stripped Bare' (pic below). Bryan Ferry The Bride Stripped Bare This article was brought to you in association with HTC, designers of the HTC One m8, with beautiful design inside and outside, the HTC One m8 is an evolution of the HTC One, the world’s most awarded phone in 2013.
