Pop sensation Justin Bieber has challenged Hollywood legend Tom Cruise to a fight “in the Octagon” overnight.
Tweeting in the late evening on Sunday, Bieber wrote: “I wanna challenge Tom Cruise to fight in the octagon. Tom if you don’t take this fight your scared and you will never live it down. Who is willing to put on the fight?”
Bieber also tagged UFC President Dana White in the tweet, confirming that he wants to do things MMA-style. It is unclear whether Bieber or Cruise have any MMA training whatsoever.
Cruise is well-known for staying in great shape to do his own stunts in films like the Mission Impossible franchise, whereas Bieber doesn’t have much on his side besides his youth. Cruise is 56 now, so his best days might be behind him. That being said, we’d still have our money on Jack Reacher ahead of the Eenie Meenie Miney Mo Lover.
Neither Cruise nor White have responded to Bieber’s request yet, though White has resisted such attempts by celebrities to set up fights through the UFC in the past.
