Mojitos and great tunes – what’s not to love?

Casa Bacardi has become synonymous with good parties over the years. Now they’re bringing their patented blend of music, party atmosphere and great drinks to the West. This special night will be a celebration of the Original Bacardi Mojito, with live music from the critically-acclaimed A.Skillz.

It’s all happening in 1520 in Galway on Friday, 7 July, and it promises to be an evening to remember.

DJ and producer A.Skillz has been winning over an army of fans with his funk-infused dance music. He’ll get the party started with a combination of old school vibes and pumping dancefloor fillers. Support on the night comes from local Galway DJ Cyril Brisco.

The first 100 guests on the night will also be greeted with a complimentary Original Bacardi Mojito at the bar. Who says that there’s nothing free in this life?

Some of the best mixologists in the country will be making Bacardi cocktails on the night. Plus, there’ll be complimentary gourmet food prepared by head chef Tom Joyce.

There’ll be a mojito-making station in the Snug, with a trained mixologist on hand to show people how to make the perfect mojito. Anyone who gives it a go will be entered into a draw to win a pair of Electric Picnic tickets.

So you can learn how to make a killer mojito, enjoy delicious food, listen to great music and win coveted tickets to the sold out festival. Now that’s a party that just keeps on giving.

The Bacardi family were renowned for opening up the doors of their home and hosting memorable parties. Casa Bacardi nights have continued this tradition but this is the first time they’ve come to Galway. It promises to be a night to remember! For more information, see the Facebook page

This is an over 25s event. Please drink responsibly.
