Craft brewing has exploded in Ireland in recent years. This year’s exhibitors include at least five companies who didn’t even exist 12 months ago, demonstrating how fast the industry is evolving.
This event offers a chance to try some incredible seasonal brews, see what the leading brewers in Ireland are producing, and try lots of new drinks. As if that wasn’t enough, there’ll be some fantastic grub and homegrown entertainment over the three days.
Rugby fans will be in for a treat over the weekend, with the Six Nations matches being shown live on the three giant screens. Not a bad way to catch all the action!
There’ll also be live music acts playing over the three days, including Rackhouse Pilfer, Smash Hits!, Spring Break, Hermitage Green, Rhythm and Beats, Brass Tacks and The Camembert Quartet.
The fair will be open from 5pm until 11pm on Thursday and Friday and from 12.30pm to 11pm on Saturday. So there’s the option of a sneaky school night pint on Thursday or you can go mad on Friday and Saturday night without worrying about an early start in the morning.
It’s hard to see what’s not to like about great drinks, food, sport and music. Daily tickets are just €15 and three-day tickets are €36 but there are also group deals and two-day options available.
