Just get us one of those chocolate bunnies and we’ll be happy.

We needed a bit of good news on this dreary Monday afternoon, and here it is.

Forget about that horrible weather out there, and take solace in the fact that a Lindt chocolate store is opening in Ireland next month.

Swiss chocolatier Lindt will open the first ever Lindt store in Ireland, at Kildare Village at 9am this Saturday, 5 October.

Lindt will also be hosting a celebratory ribbon cutting for its grand opening, and the first 100 customers to make a purchase on the day will also receive a delicious gift of Lindor Milk Truffles.

There’s also going to be a designated Lindt Pick and Mix area which will include a selection of exclusive and limited edition flavours, allowing shoppers to create their own personalised box or bag of Lindt chocolates.

So much chocolate.

The only negative is that it’s only going to be here for a limited time, as it’s a pop-up shop, but it will offer an array of premium confectionery favourites from Lindt including assorted bars, sharing boxes and packaged gifts.

We’re not certain how long the store is going to be here for, so it might be an idea to get your chocolate while you can.
