The other pilots had her back too.

A frank exchange of views between an air traffic controller in Dublin Airport and a British Airways pilot has gone viral after it was widely shared on social media on Monday.

According to Dublin Live, there were delays at Dublin Airport on Sunday after a transatlantic jet was forced to make an emergency landing.

Several scheduled flights to and from Dublin Airport were affected as a result and the air traffic control staff had their hands full trying to keep things running as smoothly as possible.

The pilot on board one British Airways flight, BAW-837 from Dublin to London Heathrow, didn’t take too kindly to a delay that affected a number of flights, as is evident in the conversation below, which was shared on YouTube on Sunday.

Despite his protestations, the air traffic controller was well able to handle him and received plenty of support from other pilots, some of whom weren’t shy in expressing their opinions about the BA man.
