Man required emergency services after getting hand stuck in teapot

We've all been there... right?

We’ve all been there… right?

It’s that old chestnut again. Man washes dishes, which include metal teapot. Man cleans teapot. Man gets hand stuck in teapot. Man heads off down to emergency services to have said teapot removed.

The Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Service have their own Twitter account which keeps people abreast of what is happening in the area. It’s becoming a more common thing to have emergency services on Twitter and when they tweet things like this, it makes it all the more worthwhile:

Thankfully, the emergency services were able to remove the teapot with a pair of tin snips and the man walked away uninjured. We can only assume that the man in question was dying for a hot brew following his ordeal.
