There are terms used Ireland than have a completely different meaning in the United States, the best example is “What’s the craic?”, we mean fun, they think drugs.
Legendary WWE wrestler Mick Foley had the awareness this week to point out a phrase tweeted by the WWE that could be easily misconstrued in other parts of the world.
The organisation held a nostalgia-heavy Twitter competition, and Foley being thrown from the ring in a 1998 King of the Ring event was the winner.
But they could have found a more sensitive way to describe the event.
