You wait all month for a group text balls-up, then…
Yesterday, we brought you the story of a poor unfortunate who texted his group of mates instead of his girlfriend to get out of playing football.
Well, JOE reader Elaine Heffernan spotted it and sent in the following image.
Her boyfriend sent the following ‘ADORABLE’ text to his mates when he intended if for Elaine.
She writes…
“Hi Joe! I saw on your page during the week a story about a guy txting his soccer friends instead of his girlfriend! My boyfriend did the exact same thing a few months ago……..his text was a bit more embarrassing though, so had to share it with ye!”
She’s wrong about one thing. It’s a lot more embarrassing.
