We’re absolutely mad for Mad Egg.
Mad Egg, home to some of the tastiest fried chicken in the land, has announced plans to open its third location — this time in Dundrum Town Centre.
The fried chicken joint already has two other locations in Dublin, one on Camden Street and another on Millennium Walk. It currently has no restaurants outside of Dublin.
Their Dundrum restaurant will see Mad Egg – whose slogan is “Get Laid. Get Fed” – come to the suburbs for the first time.
While there’s no specific opening date for the restaurant yet, the Instagram post did come with the hashtag “#July,” so it seems safe enough to assume that we don’t have too much longer to wait.

Co-founder of Mad Egg Conor Sheridan said: “We are really excited to launch Mad Egg in Dundrum Shopping Centre, it is one of the best retail spaces in the country and Hammerson has an awesome vision of what an entertainment district should be. We can’t wait to be part of the new wave of entrants into the space!”
