Paramedics (and the internet) shocked by note left on ambulance windscreen

Paramedics deserve our respect, right?

They work long shifts, unsociable hours and race against the clock to save lives every day.

However, instead of thanks, one ambulance crew got a pretty nasty surprise when they returned to their vehicle. A crew from the West Midlands Ambulance Service were attending to a man in a critical condition who was vomit blood, after which they found this note tucked into the windscreen wipers:
