The actor’s daughter has settled her lawsuit with Porsche.

Meadow Walker resolved her long-running legal battle with Porsche earlier this month after she said the luxury car company was responsible for her father’s death.

Walker was 40 years old when the Porsche Carrera GT he was in crashed into a tree near a charity event in California in 2013.

However, Paul’s daughter filed her lawsuit because she believed it was the car’s 605-horsepower engine and lack of safety features that prevented her father from surviving the crash.

The lawsuit says that Paul was alive for over a minute after the crash and couldn’t escape due to the seat belts in the car.

The car later went up in flames and both Paul and the driver of the car were pronounced dead at the scene.

According to ABC Los Angeles, Meadow and Porsche reached a settlement earlier this month but will keep the terms of the settlement private.

The car company have already settled a separate lawsuit with the late actor’s father.
