Pic: A brilliant note left by a guy in UL after someone chained a bike to his bike

A lot of passive aggressive sentences here.

JOE reader Pam Ryan sent us this tweet earlier this afternoon.

How does someone make a mistake like that without noticing? Here's what it looked like. If that was us, there would have been steam coming out of our ears, but Pam's friend took a deep breath and penned this letter to the culprit. We love the way the letter got a little bit more aggressive as it went on, although it was still a lot more mannerly than most people would've been. Let's hope it all got sorted out.
