Yes, the survival expert has his own island...

We were going to list all the different ways Bear Grylls is cooler than us but we would be here all day. And now we have a couple of new things to add to that already lengthy list. The former SAS man turned TV star posted this picture on Twitter yesterday, showing the latest bit of kit he has installed at his home. It manages to look very cool and be a bit scary at the same time. We don't know how you get back onto dry land but were sure Bear has thought of something. It also made us ask the question; does Bear Grylls own an island? So we looked and yes, the 39-year old does. Called St Tudwal West, it is just off the Welsh coast and he lives there with his wife Shara and three kids after buying it over a decade ago.
