He's a bad egg, this lad.
A security guard in China was caught rotten stealing vast quantities of eggs from a factory in which he worked and used to fuel his clearly protein-heavy diet.
A man known only as Mr. Gu, 47, was caught by police smuggling two suitcases of stolen goods from a factory in Pinghu City in China, which in turn led to police discovering a huge haul of stolen goods in his apartment.
That huge haul included a fridge stocked with 1,000 eggs.
That's right, 1,000 eggs. Dozen't it make you hungry?

Gu also stole meat, soap, detergent and tissues and did so while working the night shift when the chances of detection were massively decreased.
Commenting on Gu's crimes, his employers said: "We thought he was a hardworking and dutiful guard who enjoyed working nightshifts because he didn’t have a family to go home to.
"Now we have found out that he did it so he could roam around and steal without anyone seeing him."
Police found that Gu had even marked dates on the eggs in his fridge to remind him when they should be eaten and in fairness to him, he wasn't exactly trying to hide his guilt afterwards.
"I lost count how many times I have stolen," he said.
"Probably hundreds of times. I have stolen everything in my house."
He's some yolk.
