When Carmel McGovern put a room up for rent in Belfast on GumTree, she didn't expect one creepy individual to look for a lot more than all mod cons and shared cooking utensils. Her response is excellent, and it was the classy move on her part not to point out the difference between 'your' and 'you're.' We're guessing he didn't get the room.
