An American dentist posted a picture to Facebook in mid-July which shows the horrific results of regular cocaine abuse. The image is going viral and it’s easy to see why.
Doctor Howard Farran posted the graphic image which shows the complete perforation of a palate belonging to someone who is a cocaine addict.
