Holy Jesus, imagine what it will be like on St. Stephens Day?
Much like GAA, tea and black pudding, Penneys is an Irish institution that doesn’t seem to be content until it conquers the world.
We’ve all spent some time in the store, either by choice or after being dragged in by your missus to hold the bags, so we’re not clueless when it comes to knowing just how popular the store is with shoppers.
JOE approaches any visit to Penneys like a military operation because our every move is carefully planned, timed and executed with pin-point precision. It’s either that or get trampled underneath a crowd of shoppers.
Penneys is part of the global chain Primark and they have just recently opened a new store in Brussels which looks like a smart move from these pictures.
The queues in Ireland are usually busy but we have a feeling that the Belgians will have a long way to go before they even come close to Irish people’s love for the store.
It’s not a bad start though. Take a look.
So the second primark in belgium opened today . There was security everywhere lol @Primark pic.twitter.com/JBN9ra2Hdu
