But sometimes circumstances outside of your control get in the way, and you must pull out of a stag you were very much wishing to attend.

This WhatsApp was sent into us this evening with the accompanying message: "We're organising a stag weekend for one of the lads in late March. As usual it's hard to pin down every man so we put the skhates [sic] under them this evening. One of the lads can't make it though."

He has a reasonable excuse though...
