Dublin Bus are on strike today and tomorrow which is causing disruption for commuters around the capital..
Taxis were booked out and cycle lanes were filled with bikes as people made alternative arrangements for their morning trip to work.
This was the scene on O’Connell Street earlier today…
But sometimes, making alternative travel arrangements is not an option, and we all have to take drastic measures to ensure we’re on time for work.
Marijn Kamperman, who captured this photo, was surprised to see a man emerge from a tent this morning and proceed to get ready for work near The Barge pub in Dublin.
“His feet where sticking out of his tent when he was attempting to get dressed for work,” Martin said.
