PIC: This queue for ice-cream in Dun Laoghaire sums up Dublin in the sunshine
On the rare occasions that the sun does grace Ireland with its presence, you can expect the seaside to be thronged with people.
The second we've even got a hint of those sweet UV rays, people start behaving as though they've never been warm before — shirts come off, factor 50 goes on and everybody has a 99 in their hand.
Nowhere was this culture more evident today than outside ice cream shop Scrumdiddly's in Dun Laoghaire, where the queue for ice cream was around the corner.
Is it crack they are putting in the ice cream in Dun Laoghaire, or what? pic.twitter.com/uhOUQh1vsN

Worth the wait, we're sure.
