With all the new trendy and niche cafes opening in Ireland, like those places that exclusively cater for crisp sandwich and board game lovers, we’re 100% convinced that the next step is a ‘smartphone bar’.
The rules are simple, an actual conversation with another person is strictly forbidden unless you’re communicating via Tinder, Facebook, Snapchat or just passing notes back and forth like you used to do in school.
It seems that this idea wouldn’t be popular in The Irish Embassy Bar in Koh Lanta, Thailand though after JOE reader Darren Troy spotted this brilliant sign at its front.
Romance, pies, pints. We would definitely swipe right on this place.
