There’s some eggsellent advice here.
Whenever we try to hard-boil or soft-boil an egg, there’s a reoccurring sequence of events.
We start with a Google of the term “how to hard-boil an egg?” followed by a quick look through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Vine, Tinder and Yik Yak.
By the time we’ve put down the phone, we’ve forgotten how to boil the egg properly and it usually results in failure in the form of under-cooked, too hard, way too hard or cracked eggs.
However, those heartbreaking times will become a thing of the past after this method of cooking the perfect hard-boiled egg came to our attention.
This simple method was posted on American Express’ Tumblr page, brand new information.
So steam the egg for six minutes and you have soft-boiled perfection or steam it for eleven minutes for hard-boiled perfection.
We’re off home to try this.
