One of the most frequently said things about Dutch people is that they’re cool, calm and assured, unless they’re Louis Van Gaal because that man’s crazier than a bag of spiders, in his own endearing way.
Having spent some time in Amsterdam, I can honestly say that the city is a multi-cultural haven of culture, life and a very liberal lifestyle.
There’s a reason why people visit the Netherlands and it seems that the same principles apply for raccoons.
