PIC: This 1916-themed chicken curry will be an Irish dietary staple next year

Looks tasty too.

Now, we know most curries you get in Ireland are about as far as the proper Indian version as you can get, but this is a step further on again.

JOE reader Mary Jordan’s brother-in-law has made this 1916-themed chicken curry, something we expect to see recreated across the country for next year’s centenary celebrations.

We’d definitely give it a go.
