Commuters on the 41 Dublin City Bus this morning would have been forgiven for making a double take at the driver once aboard. After all, it’s not a regular occurrence to see the man at the wheel dressed up in a Tiger onesie.
Of course this is the time of year where fancy dress goes into overdrive, though normally it is at night where most costumes are shown off, as opposed to going to work first thing in the morning.
JOE reader Derek O’Brien sent us the photographic evidence of the most colourful bus driver we have seen in quite some time and tells us that it all came to pass after the driver lost a bet with a friend of his, and even greeted passengers with a loud ‘Happy Halloween’.
