Tinder game level: Expert
The folks in JOE Towers haven’t a whole lot of direct experience of Tinder – or at least we publicly claim not to – but we know enough about the most popular dating tool around to know that you have to be creative if you’re going to stand out from the crowd and ensure that your love does not go unrequited.
We’ve seen plenty of examples of Tinder-ing outside the box in the recent past, from the man who conversed only in Craig David lyrics to the Irish guy whose lasting preoccupation with the Thierry Henry handball in 2009 cost him a potential date with a French girl.
Today, however, we came across probably our favourite example of Tinder game to date from a Mayo man known as Enda Conway (he was only too glad for us to give him a mention), who combined his own life story with the theme from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air to come up with a verse that, if emoticons are anything to go by, quite obviously had the desired effect on the object of his affection.
If there was ever a fitting moment for the Carlton dance, now is surely the time…
Well played Enda.
