Great day for the parish.
Christmas mass can feel like a chore for some people because it seems like you’ve been up since the crack of dawn and all you really want to do watch TV and eat your Selection Box.
Then again, 30 minutes isn’t exactly what you would call a pain in the arse but one parish in England has gone the extra mile to attract as many parishioners into their church this December.
Twitter hasn’t exactly been having a silent night though after a columnist for The Guardian named Giles Fraser discovered this racy banner.
After seeing this, all I can say is God rest ye merry gentlemen that fancy coming along to this service but in the immortal words of Father Jack “arse biscuits”.
O come all ye faithful and look at this.
Oh dear, oh dear. This church, just down the road from me, really has an unusual carol service. Lost for words. pic.twitter.com/dNJYv0VLed
