PIC: Being polite in this coffee shop REALLY pays off

Didn't your mammy ever tell you that good manners costs nothing?
If you've ever worked in the customer service industry, you'll know that it's an often thankless job, mostly because people are absolute bast*rds. The saying goes you should never work with animals or children, but at least a dog has the decency to wag his tail when you feed him in the evening.
These days everyone is so wrapped up in their own little world that common manners and decency can take a back seat to the incoming Instagram notification on your phone.
But this wasn't acceptable to the good people at CUPS coffee & tea in Virginia, USA who made an admirable attempt to bring back the good old days of "please and thank you".
Remember those days? They sure were nice...
If you're rude in this coffee shop, you'll end up splashing out $5 on your coffee, but the more polite you get, the more cash/dollar/beans you get to keep in your pockets.
All it takes is a little bit of manners folks...
