PIC: Unfortunate typo in shop window will give people the wrong idea about this shop in Ennis

Conor Heneghan

Three or four letters can make all the difference.

JOE reader Shane O’Malley spotted the notice in the picture below in a shop window in Ennis yesterday, a notice that informed customers that the business would be moving to Main Street in the town today.

The reasons behind the move are not outlined, but we’re assuming that it had nothing to do with the final word in the notice, which, we’re pretty sure, is meant to read ‘inconvenience’.

What the word that is used has an entirely different meaning altogether, however.
