Irish men struggle with male intimacy more than most and no doubt there were a few awkward moments in households across the country yesterday when sons presented their fathers with the obligatory Father’s Day card.
That kind of uncomfortable situation never materialised in the Siggins household, where father Ger tweeted a picture of the card he was presented with by his son Jack, who made no bones about what he thought of Father’s Day and why he was giving him a card in the first place…
