Anyone for snakes and ladders?
It was a very unique case of animal rescue yesterday, as firefighters from the B Watch in Dolphin’s Barn came to the aid of a trapped corn snake. The pet’s concerned owner had brought the animal into the station after it had become lodged in a hollow branch.
Thankfully, the firefighters in question were able to assist and the snake was released unhurt.
