PICS: Ireland’s soundest ticket warden pardons Wexford student from fine with brilliant note

Colm Boohig

And the Good Samaritan of the day goes to…

Getting stuck with a parking ticket and subsequent fine is one of the most painful experiences known to man, and pretty much everyone of us with a car has been through the feeling at some point.

Wexford native and Waterford-based student Erin Tucker is certainly used to the experience, as she has been explaining to JOE:

“After getting five parking fines in the last month and forgetting my bank card today, I decided to chance my arm and leave a note in my windscreen for the ticket warden.”

Here is the note in question…

Being her last day, Erin decided to chance her arm, as she continued to explain to JOE…

“It was my last day in college today. When I finished and got out to my car I thought he had given me one (a ticket) anyway.

“That was until I opened it and saw he had replied.

“Soundest ticket man ever!!! ??”

Take a look…

Now, that is awfully nice.
