PICS: Man mistakenly asked to be DJ by club promoter, agrees, then takes the piss with ridiculous demands

This is hilarious.

Danny James Elliott is just an ordinary bloke who, in a case of mistaken identity, was recently asked by a nightclub promoter in Leeds to become the resident DJ on the club’s biggest night of the week.

Most normal people would reply to the promoter – who thought he was contacting a talented DJ who had previously worked in the club – and tell him that he had got the wrong number, but Danny decided to have a bit of fun at his expense.

Danny replied to a text from the nightclub promoter agreeing to his request and seeing as he had gone that far, he completely took the piss and was soon requesting smoke machines, lasers and sets with actual animals and Jacuzzis inside the nightclub.

He also took the time to draw up a ridiculously cheesy playlist, at which point, very belatedly, the nightclub promoter realised he had been texting the wrong person all along.
