It’s our enduring dislike for Oliver Cromwell. Johnnie Fox’s Irish Snug in Vancouver is keeping that torch lit over in Canada with a pretty damn funny, if risqué, sign outside their bar.
We think this is pretty clever, though it’s also kind of important to note that Oliver Cromwell died like… 200 years before the famine started.
It’s not the first funny sign that the bar has put outside to lure customers in. This one isn’t half-bad either.
We wouldn’t mind seeing a few more of these.
