Here at JOE, we’ve been speaking with an “Irish accent” (whatever that means) for pretty much all of our natural born life, so we never actually put much thought into how we ended up speaking this way.
Whether it’s South Dublin, Cork, or Belfast, Irish accents are notoriously hard to get right, so it’s a slice of good fortune that tutorial website WikiHow have put together a handy how-to for those who want to fit in when they come to Ireland.

Okay, we’re not really sure that reference to potatoes was necessary but carry on.
Okay at this point we’re starting to think that whoever wrote this guide might just think we’re all singing leprechauns.
