In a market where houses aren’t quite as easy to shift as they were say ten years ago, you have to be creative to draw eyes to your property.
The owner of this house in Galway has certainly ticked the “creative” box for effort with these photos of a house for sale.
This derelict cottage in Cloonfagna, Glinsk, Galway isn’t much on the eyes and is available for a cool €10,000, but in realtor terms, it’s somewhat of a fixer upper.
However, you will have help in your renovations from this little fella, who appears in the photos for the cottage on Daft.ie.*
