If it is Downey Jr.’s dog, it looks like the apple didn’t fall far from the tree.
Robert Downey Jr. isn’t as wild these days as he was during some of his more hedonistic periods, but a photo of him circulating on the Internet in recent days shows that the good times might not be over just yet.
It’s a photo that has been seen before, but gained something of a revival after it was posted on Twitter by radio and TV presenter Jamie East, gaining over 12,000 retweets in the process.
Downey Jr. is behaving perfectly normal in the photo below, just spending some quality time with some friends.
Linger on the photo long enough, however and your attention will be directed away from Downey Jr. and his associates and towards a canine companion spotted elsewhere in the image.

We’re assuming that everyone else in the photo is completely oblivious to what the dog is up to, but if you can imagine that they had all witnessed it, then two of the five humans in the photo appear a little disgusted, while one seems very impressed indeed.
