On this week’s episode of The Engine Room Show the lads sit down and talk to Aidan Lynam from Down Syndrome Ireland about his upcoming Bray to Brno trip, as well as talking about Russian visas and AIDs tests. It’s an interesting episode this week…

The show starts off a bit strange this week as the lads talk about Russian visas and AIDs tests, but it quickly gets back on track – thankfully.

We’re introduced to Aidan Lynam from Down Syndrome Ireland, who’s planning on riding his motorbike from Bray in County Wicklow through 11 countries, covering more than 1,000km a day, until he reaches Brno in the Czech Republic. Fair play to him… and he gives Cooper a right awl ribbing too over the course of the episode too.

You can find out loads more about Aidan’s trip over on the Down Syndrome Ireland website here.

We also get to hear a little about the Irish Festival of Speed, which takes place on the August Bank Holiday weekend (August 3-4). You can find out more about it over here.

So there you have it. Check back later this week when we have the next episode of The Engine Room Show with Dave Moore, Dave Humphreys and Steven Cooper.

For more stuff from the lads check out their Facebook page, Twitter and their very own website which you can find over here. Don’t forget to check out their YouTube page while you’re there!
