Keep your eyes on the skies this Sunday for the Bray Air Display 2014

Ireland’s largest free air show takes to the skies of Bray this coming Sunday, July 20. The action kicks off from 3.30pm and promises a day of high flying aerobatics from the likes of The Vampires of the Norwegian Air Force Historical Squadron, the ‘Flying Dentist’ (former aerobatic champion, Eddie Goggins) and the ‘Flying Farmer’ (former RAF pilot, Gerry Humphreys). For info on how to get there and for show times check out the Bray Air Display website.

Get on your bike and check out the 7th annual Cork Cycling Festival

The Cork Cycling Festival (July 19-27) is the perfect event for families (or singletons) who would like to cycle around the city finding out all there is to know about Cork. According to the event’s website: “We’re not about Lycra and speed, we’re about enjoying the sensation of the wind in your hair while you’re going where you want to go, stopping where you want to stop, whenever, wherever.”

For more info on what’s going on over the course of the week, make sure to check the Cork Cycling Festival website.
