Ever eaten in any of these places?
Six Italian restaurants in Dublin have made it onto this year’s list of the 100 Best Italian Restaurants in Europe.
The annual list is compiled by The Love Italian Life Awards, who appoint an independent panel of Italian food and beverage experts to carry out reviews in over 20 different cities across Europe.
The Love Italian Life Awards is the industry leader in celebrating the finest Italian restaurants and chefs in Europe.
Making the top 100 for 2019 are the following Dublin restaurants:
- Da Mimmo (North Strand Road)
- Forno 500 (Dame St)
- I Monelli (Portobello Road)
- Pinocchio (Ranelagh)
- Rosa Madre (Temple Bar)
- Terra Madre (Bachelors Walk)
The criteria that the judges use to select their top restaurants includes the quality of ingredients, recipe innovation, contemporary Italian cooking techniques, dish presentation and wine pairing selection.
All the restaurants nominated will proceed to the Love Italian Life 2019 Awards ceremony, which takes place in Dublin on Tuesday, 19 November.
Over 20 different awards will be presented on the evening to the most deserving Italian restaurants.
