Someone has won the second biggest prize from Saturday night's €3.6 million Irish lotto

One person's weekend just got a lot(to) better.

Here are the veggies first: you didn't win Saturday 15 September's Irish lotto jackpot of €3,671,066.

And now the good stuff: neither did anyone else.

However, one person did manage to Match 5 plus the Bonus, getting them a tasty €97,092 for their troubles.

In case you think you might the one who has just netted the guts of one hundred thousand euros, the winning numbers were 5, 7, 18, 28, 37, 40 and the bonus numbers was 38.

Nobody won the Lotto Plus One draw for €1 million either, AND nobody won the Lotto Plus Two draw for €250,000.

However, including that one big winner of the second biggest prize, there were 33,000 winners in some way or another for Saturday's draw, ranging from that almost-€100,000 winner, all the way down to scratch card winners.
