For redheads, and the people that fancy them.

Wow, where did the years go, eh??

TEN WHOLE YEARS since the very first Kiss-A-Ginger-Day took place, and now here we are, celebrating this milestone anniversary.

On Saturday 12 January, from 1pm to 3pm, the organisers of the day are hoping that redheads in their thousands will turn out for the Kiss A Ginger Day celebrations in the Phoenix Park, and we’re assuming as many redhead fans as the park can handle, too.

As per the event’s Facebook page:

“Our globally recognized anti-bullying holiday is celebrating 10 years! The Canadian Founder of Kiss a Ginger Day (Derek Forgie) is venturing to Ireland to meet and greet other redheads on our special day. Please invite all the redheads (and supporters of redheads) you know.”

Over the years, famous redheads such as Ed Sheeran, Conan O’Brien, and Jessica Chastain have publicly supporting the anti-bullying day, and you can check out the origins of the celebrations right here:
