Steve Martin and Martin Short announce two Irish dates for their hit live comedy show

Two of the funniest men around are coming to Ireland in 2020.

Steve Martin. The Jerk. Bowfinger. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. That one hilarious episode of 30 Rock. Three Amigos. Father Of The Bride. Martin Short. Innerspace. Mars Attacks. The one hilarious episode of Arrested Development. Also, Three Amigos! Also, Father Of The Bride! Two unquestionably funny men, and they are both coming to Ireland next year to perform their live show The Funniest Show In Town At The Moment. It is the follow-up to their Netflix-special An Evening You Will Forget For The Rest Of Your Life, which went on to be nominated for four Emmys. The lifelong best friends will be heading to the 3Arena in Dublin on Wednesday 11 March, and then on to the SSE Arena in Belfast on Thursday 12 March 2020. Described as a "comedy show that redefines the form in unexpected and profound ways, from two of the funniest, most influential and acclaimed talents of the past century," the duo will also be joined on stage by Grammy Award-winning bluegrass band The Steep Canyon Rangers. Tickets go on sale from all the usual outlets at 10am on Friday 27 September.
