No booze and no meat make Homer something something…
You might think that a little sign up reminding customers might be enough to remind them that today no booze can be legally purchased in their stores, but apparently the folks at Supervalu would to go that little bit extra.
They’ve effectively built a Great Wall Of Toilet Paper to block of customers from their precious, precious alcohol stocks, just to really hammer home that there is a mini-Prohibition happening today.
The first thing we thought of is how long it must have taken to put all this together.
And how, with just the slightest amount of pressure, it can all come tumbling down.
I am dying. They’ve turned the alcohol section into Toilet Paper Land in my local Supervalu. Much prefer this. pic.twitter.com/HOfYzkBe8C

But apparently not all the branches of the supermarket chain had enough toilet-paper to make a protective barrier, as this tweeter from Wexford has shown.
