The phrase ‘Morning glory’ might have something to do with this.
As such a personal and private matter, sex is something that a lot of people don’t like talking about in public, but when one can do so anonymously, it’s a whole different ball game.
With that in mind, Superdrug conducted a survey of 2,000 people in the United Kingdom recently in an effort to discover people’s favourite time to get biz-ay between the sheets. Valentine’s Day is just around the corner after all.
As it turns out, the survey, referenced in the Daily Mail here, showed that Sunday morning at 9am proved to be the most popular response; in fact, probably unsurprisingly, the ten most popular slots were spread out between Friday night and Sunday night (see below).
As far as the least appealing slots for knocking boots, meanwhile, also perhaps not surprisingly, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays featured quite prominently.
Interestingly, the findings from the survey differed from a similar study last year which found that just before 10.30pm of a Saturday night was the most popular time to do the business.
As no options between 9am and 5pm on a weekday proved popular or unpopular, we can only assume that doing so during office hours wasn’t even an option…
