Let’s face it, porn can be a difficult topic to bring up in general conversation but we all know that it exists and we all know that an awful lot of people watch it on a regular basis.
Talking about in an anonymous survey is an entirely different thing altogether, however, and it was interesting to see a recent survey by Typeform for Marie Claire on female porn habits, the findings of which were revealed in the Independent.
3,000 women provided responses for the survey, which found that one in three of them (31%) watched porn at least once a week, while another one in three (30%) admitted to doing so a few times a month.
The respondents were also asked to reveal the type of porn they preferred to watch, with the majority opting for plain old heterosexual and around three in ten of them going for ‘hard-core’.

66 per cent of the women surveyed said they have never watched porn with a partner and preferred to do so alone, while approximately the same percentage said that they watched it predominantly on their smartphones.
Something to think about the next time you try and peek over the shoulder of a fellow passenger on the bus.
